We work exclusively under our brand: Axolot Agencia. We do not collaborate with competing companies. We do not act as intermediaries for other sectors without a prior agreement.

In the event that our copyright system notifies us that one of our projects (such as website design, corporate identity, logos, icons, or any other element that may be subject to industrial or commercial use) has been invoiced for a third-party company, or if a third-party company claims ownership of the project, we reserve the right to terminate the collaboration contract without prior notice and take appropriate action.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The user who contracts our services acknowledges and accepts that the content displayed on their website is subject to Intellectual Property Rights, especially the page design, logos, personal icons, trademarks, or any other element that may be subject to industrial and/or commercial use and/or has been created by Axolot Agencia.

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the designs, templates, themes, and/or tools created by Axolot Agencia are the exclusive property of Axolot Agencia, who hold the exclusive rights to use them properly. The user may not share the aforementioned elements applied to projects with third parties unless there is a formal prior agreement and explicit consent from Axolot Agencia.

Recovery Policies

Quotes issued by Axolot Agencia are valid for two months from the date of issue. After this period, Axolot Agencia reserves the right to change the quoted service prices.

Graphic elements created by Axolot Agencia (Icons, Logos, Isotypes, Signs, etc.), once created and if no invoice or respective payment for the completed service is made within 60 calendar days, the service will be considered terminated, and the graphic elements will be registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, in order to prevent misuse or commercialization of the elements.

In the case of non-payment of a service, Axolot Agencia reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s services until the financial compensation for the completed service is made.
